You Need The Right Cookware

Lesson 1

I think that copper cookware is a great choice for your kitchen. Copper is one of the best conductors of heat, warms quickly, and stays warm as well. Copper provides uniform cooking for your food, so you will not have any burnt spots or scalding. However, copper cookware is expensive and if you are just getting into cooking, I don't suggest that kind of splurge.

I like All Clad as well, the pans are heavy-bottomed and provide even heat. All Clad uses American steel to forge their pans. While All Clad is

pretty expensive as well, you can often find these pans at Homegoods, so check there first and start building your collection piece by piece.
