Thanks for stopping by...

I believe wholeheartedly that we are always striving to get better, but sometimes life just gets in the way of our journey. As moms, we have so many people depending on us that it is difficult to give ourselves permission to focus on who we are as women. My philosophical coaching techniques are rooted in the discipline of philosophy and help you to realize your goals through honest conversations.

Are you a control freak?

How important is a sense of control? I have been asking myself this question for the past couple of weeks. I am a control freak, I have been very busy at home lately...We moved a few months ago. I must have forgotten how stressful it is to move. There are many moving pieces to a successful move and who is judging me anyways? Oh, that's right, I am judging me.

Do good habits lead to a good life?

Personally, this is my favorite quote by Aristotle, I just love the emphasis on consistency.  Again and again, all that we read points to the notion that in order to be successful; one must stay the course, follow a routine, be consistent, etc. I hearken back to one of my original blogs, Aristotle had it right all along, no self-help books needed, the secret to the good life is to read philosophy! Seriously though, the secret achieving excellence in work and life is to do the right thing, make the right choice, again and again.  So, are you ready for this exploration, here we go!
